Condition grading

New – pcs marked as new are newly built pcs in new cases however internal components may be used

Used , like new – pcs marked used like new are built in used cases and have used components however these cases are normally higher quality branded cases i only get a limited supply of.

Used, good – pcs marked used, good are generally lower end pcs using used cases and components

Used, fair – these pcs often have scratches / slight issues with the case however there is no issues with the usability of the pc unless otherwise stated such as a damaged USB port

warranty information

covers parts IN USE for 30 days from collection (for example does not cover pcie slot that is not in use as user upgrade could have caused the damage), full refund of the original purchase price will be given upon return of the pc.
some parts i use may have longer manufacturer warranty’s I may be able to use to get you a replacement of specific items or a partial refund (this is most common with SSDs and would generally be a refund of between £9-30 depending on capacity)

Pcs marked as “reduced to clear” do not apply to this and are sold as seen, this is not as they are faulty however as they have been in stock for a while and are being sold at a loss ( these pcs also do not come with windows 10 activated and the buyer can source a windows 10 key if choose to do so ).

Returns

Returns welcome within 30 days, if you would like to return the pc after this period I will happily accept pcs back however it would be buying them back at trade value
